John Decker has worked for over 25 years in the home improvement industry, as a carpenter, general contractor, and business owner.

He has been a part of the home improvement trade from his time as a laborer to his time as a carpenter/builder.

He has built homes from the ground level up to the last shingle on the roof.

More importantly he has sold home improvements for the last 25 years, It is easy to say he knows the tricks of the trade.

John Decker credits his evenhandedness in dealing with contracting issues to his recognition that homeowners

are at least 50 percent responsible for so-called remodeling "nightmares.

Simply put, there are always two sides to every situation. It's not ALWAYS about a "bad" contractor.

For these services I charge a fee based on the number of bids reviewed, and a percentage of the amount of money

that I save you off the chosen contractors original contract price.

As you can see the services just about pay for themselves.

If there is no money saved off the original contract price then just the standard flat fee applies.
